Latest patches for R12.1.3 DB 11.2.0.4

We have installed R12.1.1 and upgraded to 11.2.0.4 DB and upgraded to R12.1.3
We want to get review the file versions of our installation + patches, and recommend any further patches to get to the latest file versions of any code
