How to resolve log4j:ERROR Either File or DatePattern options are not set for appender [ONLINEFILE].

Hi
I want to know what properties have to set in the log4j.properties file in order to get rid of this error mesage

log4j:ERROR Either File or DatePattern options are not set for appender [ONLINEFILE].

This occurs as soon as we execute a batch program.

Please advise
