Cycle count email workflow

Hi

An user enters a cycle count. It needs to be approved by manager. Is there a way so that manager will get an email once any user has entered the cycle count in JDE.

As of now, I control the approval process by security. Only manager role has access to Approve and Update cycle count Row exits.

But, unless there is offline comunication from user (etering the cycle count), there is no way that manager will know that cycle count is entered and waiting for approval.

I need some setup so that an automatic email will be sent once cycle count is in 30 status.
