After Siebel LDAP authentication EBC datasource not working

Dear Members 

We have two object managers configured one for SSO and second is with DB authentication. EBC datasource is working fine on DB authentication object manager.
While we are having issue in SSO configured object manager.

We are using OID 11.1.1.7 for LDAP. and 

CredentialsAttributeType=carLicense

SharedCredentialsDN=cn=GUESTERM,cn=Users,dc=uk,dc=dbs,dc=com

SharedDBUsername=GUESTERM

OID Configuration -

carLicense

type=ServerDataSrc username=GUESTERM password=GUESTERM123

type=MDM username=cdi_dev1 password=cdi_dev1


following error -
