Segment1 of the PA_PROJECTS_ALL Table

I am trying to find out what changed in the PA_PROJECTS_ALL Table that is causing the SEGMENT1 column to list the Award Number.  Before, SEGMENT1 listed the actual Project Number.  Now I can not find the actual Project Number anywhere in the table.

I am in version 11.5.10.2

Can someone explain?
