ora-00904 error

Hi Team

Ora-00904 Error.This Error happing when try to insert a record in the table using procedure. where as table( the tables and the column name are less that 30 char) exist and user has all the necesarry privs. Icould reslove this issue by running catproc.sql script .But when ever i create a new schema the error comes again .Is there any Patch of  this or how do i reslove this ?
