Action Plan finished in Error

We applicated the follow action plan, but one step finished in error:

If you have glbalfix.zip file please execute below steps

1. Open SQL* Plus. Give the username, password, host string.
   
    2. Running GLQBLFIX.SQL
   
    Assuming that you have unzipped GLBALFIX.zip(uploaded to SR)  in C:\glbalfix, give the following command in SQL*plus.
   
    SQL> start c:\glbalfix\glqblfix.sql
   
    And then press enter. It will ask you for GL_SCHEMA_ACCOUNT AND Password, Enter gl in both the places or as applicable to your system ( please ask DBA for assistance )
