How to secure grid user overrides in specific forms for specific users

Hi to All
we want to standardize some of the grid user formats for specific applications and users, like P31225 and the like

so we want to create a grid user format , copy this formato to several users and then lock the posibility for these users to modify or create new formats only on that specific applications.

is this possible?

how is the best way to accomplish this?
