Construction Estimates

According to the user guide for eAM, I should be able to search for and add items to an estimate in the Construction Estimate Workbench.  However, when I try to do so, I get the following error: 
Error Page
You have encountered an unexpected error.  Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

Does anyone have experience with this error?
