How to trace custom code

Hi,

I am not able to create sales order on standard form OEXOEORD due to seems some custom code defined on the same form. Hence I have disabled custom code on this form using diagnostic option(HELP - DIAGNOSICS -> CUSTOM CODE) even though not able to create sales order. Refer attachment having error message while creation of sales order. How can I trace this custom code.
