PO Revision Number is not coming in Define Advance Shipment Notice in iSupplier Portal

I want to see PO revision number (standard/Blanket Release rev) in Create Advance Shipment Notice page without customization:
On behalf of customer who posted to the document section by mistake: 
 I have done the following to show the revision number in create advance shipment notice and can see the Standard PO revision but system is showing Blanket Agreement Revision wherever Orders are Blanket Releases:
1. Log in to applications and access the Advance Shipment Notice page:
