ORACLE DB: 11.2.0.3 RAC = 5 nodes(target)
   OS= RH LINUX 6
 
 ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired
 
I got the error, "ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified or timeout expired" during truncating a table at 10 p.m. last night. How would I figure out what was running at that time that could have lock this session?

BTW... I have Enterprise Manager Cloud Contorl 12c is installed but could not figure it out.
