Moving Downstream Integrated Capture server to new data center

Oracle 11gR2 on Linux 5, GG 11.2.1.0.3, integrated downstream data capture mode.Source server, Data Capture server and target server all 11gR2.
SITUATION
we're moving the source and data capture servers to a new data center. I am considering moving the data capture server first and re-establishing replication with the source and target remaining in their original datacenters. Then, after things 'settle down' we plan to move the source server to the new data center (14 TB so it will be a challenge).
QUESTION
Can anyone point me to a set of docs that speaks specifically to how you migrate the downstream data capture GoldenGate server. Not interested in GG scenarios that do not include a separate downstream integrated capture mining server as this is the component presenting the most challenge.
