APEX 4.2 installation on Windows XP

Hi folks,Already installed on my VM - Windows XP and Oracle XE 11g r2.
After upgrading on APEX 4.2 (or any higher version), themes are not found during the application creation.
Seems there something wrong in the installation scripts...

Any idea?
