CRM with Advance Product configurator issue

 Hi,

We have a issue in CRM:
CRM Application version : 8.9
Peopletools version        :8.49

     when the user clicks on Clone link the application is showing as processing only and no application is getting cloned.

Here is the navigation

Main Menu>Order and quotes>Search orders and Quotes and (search for the application) click on clone link.

I have attached the screenshot of cloning process for reference.
