Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Supress automatic sub status 'Resolved'

Hi there,

When Service Request Status=closed the sub-status autromatically changes to "Resolved". We need to change this behavior.

checked in User Prop BC and State Model but not result.

This is the CSSBCServiceRequest class
