PS 9.1 Contract Number Displaying in Project -- Genl Info & Rates tabs

Does anyone have tips or other information for the Contract Number to display on the General Information tab of Project?  Navigation:  Grants > Awards > Project.  The contract_number appears to be populated "just in time" from PC_WRK.
