Creating Serviced-based Reqs

R12.1.3:  My buyers would like to create service based requisitions.  I have created a line type for Services for Purchase Orders.  Now, we can create Service based (vs goods based) PO, but I need to know how to create these for requisitions.  Can anyone provide guidance on setting up reqs for services?
