I’m looking in such a way that system should first PICK ENTIRE LPN - NO PARTIALS and if no Full LPN is found, then Pick multiple partial LPN’s with Roll Qty equal to Order Qty. Below are the scenarios highlighted, scenario (2) is straight forward, Scenario (1) – system should allocate LPN3 and Scenario (3) – Our current over-ship tolerance is zero and we want to allocate LPN1 with 1000 Yards out of 1200 and may ship 1000 yards or 1200 yards will be shipped after over-riding the ship tolerance but we want to the system to allocate LPN1 instead of LPN2 + LPN3.
