Does Oracle Incentive Compensation have the ability to handle "Trailing commissions"?

Hi Team,

We have established a OIC commission system already that pays commission based on transaction completion level alone. We want to extend the functionality to enable Trailing/Milestone payments throughout the contract lifetime.

We require a method to pay X % of commission upfront and (100-X) % of commission in a periodic manner throughout the duration of the contract with the beneficiary. Is that supported in Oracle Incentive Compensation?
