Multiple Application Nodes with Oracle EBS 12.1.3 and RAC 11.2.0.3

Hi All
I want to configure multiple application nodes with Oracle EBS 12.1.3 RAC nodes 11.2.0.3, so that we get high availability on application nodes also. If 1 Application node fail other take over.
Documents required to configure Multiple application nodes with EBS RAC Database 11.2.0.3.

Steps to make sure all things fine:
Secondly some guideline is required to check if all components are working fine on RAC and Multiple apps nodes.
Multiple Language (Arabic) also configured. I want to make sure that Arabic language also converted properly from NON-RAC to RAC and from Database 11.1 to 11.2.
