SIngle thread and multiple thread job queue

Hi, i am curious on above question...

Say they schedule 2 jobs run in same time, can i say they are using multi-thread batch processing? At the same time, can schedule for 2 same or different UBE version ?

.do i need to consider this topic

I noticed some of the UBEs can not run concurrently with other UBE..am i right ?

pls clarify a bit.
