R12.1.3 Created role at user management but not able to see this role at process instruction form in

Hi ,

I have created a role at User management for application "Process manufacturing product devlopment", but when i go to process instruction form on which signature is mandatory.

I am not able to see this role in the LOV of role.

Please let me know if any one you has faced this issue.
