How to install two Forms&Reports instances in One Domain

I would like to  know if it is possible, and how, to install two instances of Forms&reports unisng the same weblogic Domain. I would like to have
to environments ( Development and Test ) sharing the same weblogic domain.
When you install you have Oracle instance asinst_1 for forms and reports and I would like to have another instance but without  having another weblogic domain or server.

Is it possible ?
