Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Order Management - EBS (MOSC)

Sales Order header is Closed. Where as order line is stuck on Awaiting fulfillment

Hi

Sales Order header is Closed. Where as order line is stuck on Awaiting fulfillment

Order due to non availability of material/items, shipment (line 1.1) was split into 1.2 at same time fulfilment set got copied to 1.2.

User had shipped 1.2 leaving back 1.1 line into fulfilment set. Line(1.1) Status as Awaiting fulfillment

The line 1.1 is shipped and invoiced. Need to remove the fulfillment set so that line can progress, and be closed.
