Report runs fine in developer, but signal 11 in Oracle EBS

This is a custom report with a few new changes, the old version works, and the new version works fin in reports Developer.  When run in EBS I get Signal 11.  I have successfulyl done many other reports in the past.  Also I am testing from report developer agaisnt the same databse it is failing in.
