Our buyers often receive requisitions for inventory items with poor descriptions. Because we are a utility, some of the inventory items might be for replacement parts for really old equipment that has not been purchased for 20 or more years. The buyers are wondering what other buyers do with an item on a requisition that needs better information; do you return the PR line to the requester or do you keep it on your buyer work bench until a storekeeper gives better information?
