on primary/standby -- what are steps to rekey tde

specifically...we are using dataguard (11.2.0.3) and have a primary and physical standby on 2 servers.
we also are using tde
and have the auto-login turned on... on both servers.. this is working correctly.

now i am being asked to change the wallet password & do the alter system set encryption identified by newwalletpasswd.
and remember there is the auto login on both servers too.

is there a document that shows the steps explicitly -- since there is a primary and standby server... 

must i stop redo apply and transport?
must i shutdown the wallet on the standby?
must i restart the standby database?
