Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Change Serial Number

Hi,

An instance change the serial number because the tag was lost, can I change the serial number of the instance to keep the transaction history?

We don´t want to do a misc issue and a misc receipt to create a new instance.
