WIP Value report shows Jobs in cancelled status

We are on 12.1.3 and have noticed that the WIP Value repor in WIP module t includes Cancelled jobs also and there is no option to exclude these .Why does this report show cancelled jobs and is there a way to exclude them except by closing them?
