Inventory integration with Projects

 Hi Folks,
I am doing an integration of Projects with Inventory.
When I try to do a miscellaneous Issue and try to attach a Project to an Item in Miscellaneous transaction Issue,I could not get the Project list in the LOV of the Project field.Can anyone tell me why Projects list is not coming in LOV?
