R12.1.3 - Implement 2nd Ledger with different COA under same old Legal Entity

Dear All,
Client has implemented Single legal Entity (LE1) and Single Ledger (L1) in R12.1.3.

We have a requirement to implement 2nd Ledger (L2) with different COA under same old Legal Entity (LE1).

Please suggest me, It is possible to implement 2nd Ledger (L2) with different COA under same old Legal Entity (LE1)?

If yes, please send me any oracle document or similar setup for reference.
