Printer Override not working

When the Printer FIle Overrides are changed from the current location to new Print Queue and Hold status, I run the report the Overrides stay in place and print accordingly.  Another employee will run the report and the Print Queue and Hold in Print Queue will default back to the original Printer queue and Hold status.  The same employee can change the overrides but when the report is run the default information will return.  Is there some place this information is stored other than the override screens that needs updated?
