adding SAS card disable reboot

hello,I want to install/add a new PCI External SAS card (SG-SAS6-EXT-Z) in a SUN X4270-M2. It is insalled with RedHat 6.1.
Without the adding card, the system reboot and start normally.
When plugging this new card, the system is unable to boot. it fails just after the LSI Initialisation Step, before rebooting.
If somebody knows this issue. Thanks for the recommandations.
