 Hi Mary Anne : 

This thread will address your following issue 

On :  12.0.6  test instance after applying GDF Patch 17487581 error appears in the ad patch log.


ERROR

AD Worker error:
The following file is missing:

/fs2/ogftest/apps/apps_st/appl/ad/12.0.0/admin/sql/adinvset.pls



STEPS
-----------------------
Apply patch.
ad patch log shows error.
