How to load Credit card orders from 11i to R12

Hi , I am working in upgrade project from 11i to R12. i have to load the history orders(i,e old orders data in 11i ) to R12.

in 11i, the credit card information is in Encrypted way. do i need to decrypt the credit card data and load into oracle through process_order api?

can you please give me some direction on this way. basically i need to load the history orders(old orders) in 11i to R12.
