Dependency for FND_PROFILE_OPTIONS table

We are using ebs version 12.1.3

I see these three tables FND_PROFILE_OPTION_VALUES, FND_PROFILE_OPTIONS, and FND_PROFILE_OPTIONS_TL tables. Are these tables linked to any other table by profile_id, or profile_name column? Say, if I want to find out whether a certain form has the profile option set? Please advise. Thank you very much.
