Assets - Lease Functionality

Hi,

We wish to enable the Lease functionality in Oracle Assets.  Company enters into agreements to take office space on  lease  from commercial vendors.

The purpose is to capture all the commercial private lease contract  details that  Company has  such as - the  supplier information, lease period, yearly leases, expire the leases ( if required)  and monitor how much  Company is paying for lease at any point of time.

The lease menu has three options Lease Details, lease payments, lease payments to Payables.

 Please share your previous experience as well as  any precautions that we need to take.

Please advise.
