Erroneous Negative Vacation Accurals

Has anyone come accross a situation where JDE has applied a negative accural even though the employee has not taken any PTO?  We have about 15 employees who's YTD vacation and sick accural balances went negative during the current payroll while only straight pay and holiday pay was applied.
