Import Multiple addresses for an Account without Shared Addresses?

We do not have Shared Addresses enabled.

We have companies in the ERP such that 1 company can have 1 or more billing addresses and each billing address will have 1 or more shipping addresses attached to it.

In CRM we want to show the hierarchy as 1 parent record where all the billing addresses show up and under that all the children sites each having the corresponding Billing & Shipping addresses on the Sub-Companies.

The parent record and the sites with Billing and Shipping sites can be imported fine.

However, Can I import multiple addresses to the Parent account (does not matter if I cannot specify the types) without Shared Addresses?
