Open UI is working differently in each Browser

Hello Friends,
We installed Siebel latest innovation pack 8.1.1.11 and enabled Open UI. 

What I observed is the UI looks different in each browser and it is not same across all the browsers. Ex: The Catalog view is looks different in Firiefox vs Chrome vs Internet exlporer.

The behavior is very strange. Is there parameters we need to change cfg or server settings to make UI look consistent  across all the browsers.

Please share your inputs.
