Siebel Marketing - Replacement for Call Guides for Phone Treatment

Here is another one for the Siebel Marketing experts out there. According to the new Siebel Marketing User Guide 8.1/8.2(http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E14004_01/books/MKTG_User/MKTG_User_WhatsNew.html) - "The functionality to create call guides for phone treatments is no longer supported."

Hence was wondering on what we should use to prompt the Call Center user when executing a Phone Based Outbound campaign.  I understand we can use SmartScript, but this is probably overkill for the phone campaign we have in mind. as there is no need for branching, conditional workflow, and all the other things that SmartScript provides. is there an equivalent Comments field or Text box that we can use to capture Call Guide information.  there is a description field however it's only 250 characters long, and we need a longer field.
