Need Navigation to view Existing Hold source setups.

Hi All,
Can you pl guide me with the navigation to view existing Order Hold source setup.

The below navigation helps me to define a new one, %OM%ADMINISTRATOR% responsibility -> Tools-> Create Hold Source

I would want to be able to see one that is already defined, i cannot activate the torch icon nor use Crt+f11 in that window. pl advice.
