WebADI can not download template

My customer is using EBS 11i, and issue happens when downloading WebADI template, both excel 2007 and excel 2010.

Please refer to attached “screenshot_11.12.13.xlsx” for issue reproduce.

Also, “BNE1211.log” is latest BNE log.

 

I checked with customer as below are correct based on Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting Web ADI (Web Applications Desktop Integrator) (Doc ID 417692.1):

1.       Ensure that "Trust access to VBA Project Object Model" is selected when going to Microsoft Office button -> [Application] Options -> Trust Center -> Trust Center Settings -> Macro Settings.

2.       Set "File download" to "Enable" in IE internet options.

3.       Excel 2007 and Excel 2010 are both exists in table "BNE_VIEWERS_B".
