SmartView Installation successful, but toolbar fails when you launch a spreadsheet without initially

SmartView 11.1.2.5 Installation was successful, but the addin toolbar fails to properly initialize (Excel 2010) when you launch a spreadsheet without initially launching excel, and the ad hoc tab will not show up. When you launch excel first and then open a file, the problem is circumvented. However, this is a HUGE annoyance for accountants opening many spreadsheets daily.

I've tried installing from an elevated command prompt, unregistering and registering dlls, all without success. FYI, I'm running Win 7 32bit.

Please assist. Thanks!
