Integerate Requisition Budget with project Task budget.

Hello,
Application release is R 12.1.3.

I am working on the Project Costing module, in the costing I have created Project, Tasks, and subtasks,and in the budget I have entered the amounts for each lowest level task, Now in the Requisition creation in the purchasing module , I am selecting the Project and  its respective task number, I want to restrict the user not to exceed from the amount which I have entered in the Project Costing module against that task, 

Any  idea how to achieve this?
