R11 to R12 Upgraded EB Tax regime

This is related to R11 to R12 Upgraded EB Tax regime. 

The requirement is to add a new Sales Tax for GA state. They want to do this within the current STCC based US-SALES_TAX regime so they can continue to use the existing taxes already upgraded.

Please can you clarify if this is possible? Do we need to change the Regime Determination Set from STCC to Determining Tax Regime for this? If we change this, can we still continue to use the existing taxes that have already been upgraded?
