migrate oracle database from 10.2.0.3 32 bit to oracle 11;2.0.4 64 bit

Hello,our version of the oracle databse is 110.2.0.3 in linux redhat 32 bit and we want to migrate to the oracle database 11G release 11.2.0.4 in oracle linux 5 64 bit
so we neet help to do it
can somebody tell us the steps to do them.
