R47011 Error "Blanks Invalid"

I have a transaction in F47011/F47012 I am attempting to process.  Keep getting this error - but doesn't tell me the filed.  All the required fields in the documentation are populated, so I'm not sure what I am missing.  Is there a simple way to determine what it is looking for?  Work Center doesn't provide much help.
