How do you turn off the subnodes in the UWQ?

Hi there.

I am hoping to configure the UWQ in the following way:

Resp: The Agent, can see no Nodes except the sub node 'My Service Request' (Currently a sub node under 'Service Request'). They will use ‘Next Work’ to pick and work on the next SR.

Resp: The Supervisor, can see all nodes in the UWQ and can therefore manage/see all the Service Requests currently not closed.

 

I have managed to do all I need except allow access to 'My Service Request' sub node for the agent. I turned off the full Service Request node by setting the profile 'IEU: Queue: Service Requests' to 'No' at responsibility level.
